From the first time Alex came over to speak to me about having my existing pool resurfaced and a large crack repaired, I knew I had chosen the right contractor. He patiently listed to my concerns and what I wanted and expected. Within a day he sent me a detailed estimate that covered every aspect of the project. He provided every tile and surface sample I asked for. He and his team started and finished everything in one week. His staff always arrived on time and cleaned up the area at the end of each day. I came across this company while walking my dog in our neighborhood where they were working on a different project. One hour later Alex was at our house taking measurements of our pool and gave us the final estimate the following day. We signed the contract two days later. Between demolition and the last step of filling the pool after installing the new PebbleTec plaster was about eight days. Alex was able to save our exisiting tile which saves us a good chunk of money. We didn't feel that he was trying to make the job bigger. Highly recommended.
